This project was a full gut and remodel with a front and back addition that included a new garage which maximized their existing lot coverage. The kitchen was relocated to the front of the house, a powder room was added and the primary suite was enlarged. A new flex guest bedroom/office space was also added to the back. The laundry room was relocated to a more central location off the main hallway. The roof was removed for a new truss system that allowed for vaulted ceilings.
