This was a full gut and remodel with a second story and garage addition. The kitchen was relocated to the back corner of the house. A new Powder room was added for guests and the kids' bedrooms are now in a private back hallway on the main floor with their own bathroom. The second story houses a new Primary Suite and Bonus room.
